PCL Construction Leaders RE: Sun Life Lethbridge Alberta Expansion Letter of Commendation Dear Mr. Allen: The Sun Life Lethbridge Alberta Expansion projcet is considered very successful project by PCL Construction Management Inc. The work was completed under some very challenging conditions including a very aggressive schedule, incomplete drawings, material delaays and numerous last-minute changes.
